With rotary crush cutting, a knife disk provided with a wedge-shaped cutting edge presses directly onto a hardened shaft or sleeve to separate the material by crushing.
The crush cutting system consists of a glass-hard shaft or sleeve and a crush cut knife pressed onto the shaft or sleeve by a pneumatic knife-holder.
Simple handling, quick cutting width adjustment and knife change. Suitable for thin, soft materials. The cutting speed is limited.
